The story

    Problem

    Most studio sites describe their craft. Nova Studio, a made-up Berlin studio, needed a site that shows it, where the scroll itself is the demo.

    What I did

    I built one page with GSAP and ScrollTrigger, with a preloader, a pinned sideways gallery, service rows with a hover preview, a word-by-word manifesto and count-up numbers. Smooth scroll comes from Lenis.

  3. Count-up numbers above the contact call, "Let's make noise"

    Result

    Desktop Lighthouse scores of 100 for performance and 98 for accessibility. Every pin, scrub and cursor effect turns off for people who ask for reduced motion.

About the project

Nova Studio is a concept project. The studio is not real, but the motion work is: every timeline lives inside gsap.matchMedia(), so effects switch off cleanly across screen sizes and when the reduced motion setting changes.

The JavaScript bundle is about 130 KB gzipped, inside its 150 KB budget, and the first paint takes half a second on desktop.
